    This place gets me every time. This is my FAVORITE spot for dessert in town! This evening was particularly magical! I had a group of 5 friends, we made reservations on-line, 15 mins before! Yeah... they called and said they needed approval from the manager to seat us. Cool, let's see what happens! When we arrive and are seated, they take us to this super cool back room! Hand us a bluetooth speaker and we are set! Our waiter was amazing! But seriously, if you haven't had their bread pudding, you have not lived.

    Lovely restaurant. Food is always consistently delicious. The only restaurant where I'll eat eggplant. They have an eggplant appetizer dish that is bursting with flavor and a must. Another must, their pudding bread. Don't take it home. Eat it there, trust me. Husband loves the mussels and dips a ton of bread into the sauce. Service is always amazing, servers are attentive. Bar area is nice but fills up quickly. Great ambience for date night.

    Cracked Pepper exudes a sense of quality. The entrees are large and plated well. The Rack of Lamb was filling and went excellently with the fries. Short ribs melted with each bite. The cookie and the bread pudding were outstanding

    Best restaurant in Fresno! My twin brother and I celebrated our birthday here last night. We and his wife had the most amazing night. We sat in the outside patio and were led there by a very welcoming host (sorry I didn't catch her name.) We had the crab cakes, brussel sprouts, Diablo shrimp, and warm bread for the apps and I give them all ten out of ten. The Diablo shrimp was particularly different and delicious. For an entree we split the seafood special amongst the three of us and holy moly, it was nuts. Everything was at the perfect temp, the plating was beautiful and none of us could decide which dish was best because they were all incredible. That platter was a diva in her spotlight. Huge shout out to our amazing server amy who walked us through everything and followed all the steps of service to a T. Her amiable attitude and upbeat personality was such a relief after a long workday and she made our bday super special. Oh and she knows her wine list and guided us perfectly. Give this lady a raise! The manager Michelle was touching tables with a bright smile and she came over and introduced herself and we had a lovely conversation. As a manager myself I could tell that she is the real deal. In the trenches with the FOH staff and leading by example. She runs a great floor Do not walk...RUN to this place if you want the best fine dining you will ever have. I can't wait to go back!
